These hunts are on 16000 acres private land with some adjoining BLM property.

Lease Hunts

Elk and Muledeer hunts are on your own. 3 to 5 days hunting, $2000 per hunter for elk and $2500 per hunter for elk and deer. You should have no trouble bagging good representative elk and/or deer. This is not a trophy hunt. This is not a high fenced hunt. There are no guarantees of success. You do need to apply for a Colorado hunting license. This is an economical hunt for those hunters that want to hunt without others in the field successfully. There are meat processors in the areas that do a good job of cutting your meat up. We have a cooler at the ranch if you just want to skin and cool your carcass.

This lease is an opportunity to hunt on your own, use you own equipment at an economical price. You may drive the roads and use 4-wheelers, as you would expect someone to on your own property. When it is muddy do not make ruts off the trails. You will be given a map of the lease boundaries, don't encroach private boundaries. The presence of livestock must be kept in mind when shooting game animals. The elk and deer are plentiful so long as they are not driven and scared from this sanctuary. It is a privilege to hunt this private property. I have accepted responsibility to offer this property only to responsible considerate hunters. Over the years many land owners who are good wildlife managers controlling excellent hunting property have closed their land to hunters. They voiced liability issues as the reason. The fact is wildlife and hunters are either an asset or liability to landowners. Past hunters allowed privileged hunting rights became a liability. Trespass fee hunting provides both to become an asset. Zack Prock will become your reference for future privileged hunting opportunities. We may continue hunting this land and open more closed gates blocking high quality private lands. Continued responsible hunting will open more privileged hunting opportunities to you.
